Selection Process:
- Written Examination: The written examination will consist of four sections: General Awareness, Aviation Knowledge, English Knowledge, and Aptitude & Reasoning. The exam will be conducted for 1.5 hours and will contain 100 objective-type multiple-choice questions, with each question carrying 1 mark. The level of the exam will be up to 12th standard/grade. The examination will be conducted in bilingual (English & Hindi), and there will be no negative marking.

Selection Process of IGL Recruitment 2023
- Written Test: Candidates need to appear for a written test.
- Personal Interview: Candidates who qualify in the written test will be called for a personal interview at the company’s registered office in Delhi. The date and timing for the interview will be mentioned in the call letter.
